TIM HO WAN

This is one of the best dim sum i found in Singapore. i queued for almost 45 minutes, but it's worth to wait ! :) 

they don't have reservation, so you have to queue to be seated.

this is Glutinous Rice Dumpling -- in Indonesia some Chinese called it "bacang" -- a little bit sticky, but the pork inside make a good combination. 

one of favorite dish is  Steam Egg Cake -- but you won't feel the smell of egg in this cake. just sweet, melt, and soft cake you'll taste :) so delicious!!

THE MOST FAVORITE DISH IS BAKE BUN WITH BBQ PORK -- The bun it self is nearly crisp. and the bbq pork was so tender and delicate. each portion have 3 buns, if you want to take away home, you should order more than 1 portion and take the paper bag to get home :p
