- 1tail of chicken
- 5 red onion
- 5 garlic
- 20 cayenne pepper (u can add more if it’s not spicy)
- 1 saffron (curcuma)
- 5 kemiri
- 1 ginger
- 1 lengkuas
- 2 lemongrass
- daun salam
- daun kemangi
- daun jeruk
- leek
- oil
- salt
- sugar
- chop the chicken till 8 parts and clean it
- grind the red onion,saffron, cayenne pepper, kemiri, salt, and garlic,till it mix, then grind the ginger.
- put oil in the saucepan, then saute until fragrant spices.
- put the chop’s chicken, saute,
- wait till the chicken have a little brown color then pour a little water
- cover the pan and wait till the water get quite dry
- give some salt and sugar, as u like, and put the leek,lemongrass, daun kemangi, daun jeruk and daun salam. cook for a while
- then order the chicken on a plate
